Agriculture News : CCS Haryana Agricultural University Organized Kharif Krishi Mela-2016

The CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar is going to organize Krishi Mela from 09 March to 10, 2016 (Wednesday & Thursday). This is one of the most important extension education activities of the University for transfer of technology to the potential users / farmers.

On this occasion an Agro-Industrial Exhibition is also organized with a purpose to provide an opportunity to the industrial firms dealing with agriculture and allied fields to display their products to make the visiting farmers aware of the utility of these products.

Not only farmers from Haryana gets attracted towards the CCS HAU Krishi Mela but also from adjoining states like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi.

Schematic plan and lot of arrangements are required to be made well in advance.Some prizes are also given on this occasion to the winner participants of various competitions organized on this occasion.
