MBA - Marketing

Requirements:
Proficient in all agri - channel marketing.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, driving and implementing marketing activity.
Developing and overseeing the marketing plan.
Implementing channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.
Utilize data and dealers/farmers insights to provide recommendations to drive category distribution and market share.
Prepare product / crop strategies as per the geography.
Understanding changing and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing.

Desired Profile:
Previous experience working as a marketing manager/product manager/crop manager would be a strong advantage.
5 to 7 years’ experience in Crop protection industry (preferably MNC).

Launch of New Products:
Successfully launch new products.
Identify product/ therapy opportunities in short, medium and long term.
