Role Overview:
Eeki is seeking a passionate and experienced Unit Manager to join our team. He is responsible for the overall management and operation of an agricultural unit (such as a farm or a specific production section). This includes ensuring optimal crop or livestock production, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and adhering to company standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the labours/workers at the farm.
- Making the daily roster for working
- Allocation of work to subordinates
- Overseeing the day to day operations at farm
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of agricultural workers or farm staff.
- Develop short- and long-term operational plans.
- Prepare and submit reports on production outcomes, costs, and resource utilization.
- Identify and address operational issues or inefficiencies in production.
- Taking care of the stock management

Required skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, horticulture degree
• 1-2 years of exp in working in a polyhouse
• Proficiency in using computer, MS office, excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Team management skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
