Qualification:
MBA Agribusiness Management

Experience: 8 - 12 Years

Responsibilities:
• Prepare regional sales and promotional annual budget (developing territory wise market analysis and tactics and propose action plans).
• Ensure that the sales promotion plan of action is implemented effectively (conducting farmers meet, putting the promotional materials in the right place and positioning the same; Set Territory wise sale plan according to market potential.)
• Ensure that Sales Returns are minimized and well within the budgeted norms.
• Provide timely, quality MIS on a monthly basis.
• Monitor the Collection Plan and ensure that there is no deviation (also review with the finance department on areas of concern of dealers and take remedial action in consultation with Zonal Managers).
• Review Distributors’ performance and propose changes as and when required
• Review the profitability of the region and identify areas of action and ensure implementation
• Handle customer/product complaints on priority and effectively in proactive manner
• Ensure that appropriate PD trials are being held by respective TMs.
• Build effective relationships with all channel partners.
• Develop individual development plans for each TM including timely appraisal, training and feedback in consultation with HR.
• Ensure successful product launch and organize Technical/Field Training for the Field Staff
