This full-time position involves coordinating and implementing Various functions required to market and distribute high quality crops, including but not limited to Planting, pruning, thinning, spraying, mowing, irrigation, harvesting, packing and processing Various crops

Candidate Profile:
● Ability to maintain time, production and cost records and make reports and recommendations Improvements in methods and equipment
● Computer Skills: Word processing, spreadsheets and ag management software
● Familiarity with good agricultural practices, HACCP and food safety regulations

Qualifications :
1. Graduate Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics
2. Masters Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics

Responsibilities & Duties:

● Discussing and advising farm managers on demand issues equipment and materials, Approve work schedule
● Plan and supervise planting, planting, harvesting and storage of large and varied crops Farming operation
● Prepare reports on time, equipment, materials, costs and production; Keep and prepare records Estimate needs
● Manage and implement crop protection programs
