Job Description :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to take over the Agronomy-Technical Officer role. You’ll research and study about crops being grown in the area of work and develop a package of practices for those crops. You’ll work on integrated pest management and nutrient management techniques for these crops and develop possible solutions.

Qualification and Skills:
Master degree in Agriculture
Willingness to go through online or executive courses
Familiarity with advanced agronomy practices specially integrated nutrient management techniques
Leadership qualities to train and guide farm associates

Experience :
Minimum five years of experience in the field of agronomy

Responsibilities and Duties
Study about crops grown in area of work
Prepare detailed package of practices for crops
Research on integrated nutrient management and pest management techniques
Prepare financial analysis for crops including cost-benefit ratio
Continually advance your knowledge in agronomy and for other team members
Work in collaboration with farm associates who would be interacting with farmers
Willing to stay in rural area full-time/part-time and travel across the locations
