Qualification:
First class Masters degree in Physical Sciences/ Mathematical Sciences/Geological Sciences/Earth sciences/Geography /Agriculture in soil or water conservation Or BE/B.Tech in Civil/ Water resource engineering/ Hydrology
Desirable: Experience of working with hydrological instrumentations or GIS/ Remote sensing software
Nature of duties:
Inventory and mapping of villagewise springs/seeps and spring fed streams using different instrumentation and mapping
techniques. Documentation of the best management practices of water usages in the study area.
Age Limit: 28 Years
How to Apply:Walk-In-Interview will be conducted for following purely project based temporary positions at Kosi-Katarmal (Almora) campus of the Institute. The candidate with adequate qualifications and appropriate experience in relevant subject/specialization with good academic records may appear for Walk-In-Interview on 11 February, 2019 (10:00 A.M. Onwards).
