Qualification:
Essential: Post graduate degree in basic science (Life Sciences) or graduate/ post graduate degree in professional courses (Life Sciences including Agricultural Sciences) selected through a process described through any one of the following:
a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
b. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE. DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR. IIT, IISc, IISER etc. (As per DST Office Memorandum No. SB/S9/Z-06/2019) dated 23.04.2019)
Desirable: Experience in molecular markers/QTL mapping/Association mapping, field phenotyping.
Age Limit: 35 years (Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST/ and women candidate as per govt. guidelines).
How to Apply:
The total duration of project is 3 years and the positions are purely temporary on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project. The renewal of yearly contract is subjected to the satisfactory performance.
The CV with full particulars i.e. qualifications, experience, NOC from the previous employer/experience certificate, publications etc. along with original/attested copies of the certificates must be brought along with.
The Interview of eligible candidates will be held in the Division of Genetics, IARI, PUSA Campus, New Delhi on 20th May, 2022 at 10 A.M.
