Quality Produce

In commercial farming the demand envisages the quality also. Tastes of people (consumers) vary from area to area. Apart from taste, size, color, contents, weight, free from pests and diseases are also to be considered. These aspects of quality are to be observed critically particularly when one is producing for export different countries have laid down their standards of quality which are to be adhered to when exporting produce to that country.

In order to get the produce of a particular quality, proper care has to be taken right from the cultivation practices upto harvesting and even during the pest harvest period till the produce reaches the destination.
