The cleaning process machines are i. Screen air separator with totally closed aspiration system to remove oversize/undersize as well as light airborne impurities ii. Vibratory Grader for separating small size seeds iii. Destoner to separate seedsize stones/muballs and similar impurities heavier than product. Available in open type or totally closed vacuum type for dustfree working in the plant iv. Gravity separator a final fishing machine to separate wrinkled/shrivelled seeds with adjustable controls to obtain desired quality of bold seeds. These are also available in open type or vacuum type for dustfree working. The dehulling process machines are: i. Impact type dehuller with different configurations to suit specific seeds and variable speed drive to suit varying conditions of seeds. ii. Hull separator with precise air controls to separate hulls and kernels iii. Vibratory grader to separate fines and different sizes of hulls and kernels to facilitate separation on the principle of terminal velocity. |
