Job Description
Qualification : M.Sc (Agri) or Ph.D in Agronomy / Entomology/ Plant.Pathology.
Languages to be Known: Telugu, Hindi, English. Knowledge of other regional language is an added advantage.
Skills Required :
- Good Interpersonal Skills both written and verbal Basic Computer Knowledge including Word,Excel and Power point.
- Excellent skills in power point presentations is an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To develop crop/season/region specific package of practices of major states.
- To develop training modules on agronomic practices, Pest and Disease management of different crops.
- To suggest product mix/product combinations based on season, region and crop.
- To develop presentations on company's products for training the field staff.
- To conduct field trails of company products and preparation of efficacy reports.
- To conduct trainings on major pest and diseases of different crops to sales and service teams.
- To handle calls from sales staff, service staff and customers on product queries and package of practices.
- Job involves touring different regions for field visits and training programmes.
