Responsibilities:
Thorough knowledge of grape cultivation to achieve desired productivity and Quality.
Handling complete farm operations covering farm planning, preparation and execution of farm specific POP, Preparing Annual/Quarter/Monthly budget and reporting actual expenses etc.
Directs and coordinates worker activities, such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, grading, payroll, and record keeping.
Skilled in the art of cultivation of grapes and managing farms.
