Experience:
Minimum 2 years for Sales Executive. Experience in marketing and sales of Agro products, Seeds, Fertilizer, Pesticides, horticulturist & agri inputs will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
Developing market for Zytonic soil conditioner.
Executing marketing strategies.
Locating and finalizing prospective retailers & Franchisee owners in the assigned area.
Ensuring extensive market penetration and presence by maximizing demos conducted throughout the allotted area/region.
Conducting regular performance assessments of Marketing Executives and Field Assistants and initiating corrective actions to improve performance.
