Candidate Profile	:	A person with reasonable practical experience in dealing with farm management activities relating to plant management and agronomy. Should be a self-starter and create good team to meet long term plans. Proven leadership and ability to drive the team. High degree of professionalism and integrity and attitude to motivate the team with supportive leadership qualities and the urge to own the job. Speaking knowledge of South Indian languages and Good communication skills in English. Ready to travel to various places & operation centres of the Group.
Responsibilities	:	Production manager’s position is to plan and control coconut breeding activity and production of hybrid seedlings by creating a dynamic team in each of the locations to carry out constructive planning and implementation of best management practices to achieve highest productivity. He will be instrumental in creating multiple leaders in the production division to meet organisation’s ever expanding need for good managers. He should inculcate the culture of bottoms up approach to encourage the work force to think positively for improving and controlling their routine works. He should be an out of the box thinker to achieve and even exceed annual production budgets with an attitude to sail with the company to be part of its growth strategy.
