Qualification :
Essential: B.Sc./ B. Tech in Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Agriculture/
Life Science with at least second division from a recognised university
M.Sc. / M. Tech in Microbiology/ Dairy Microbiology/ Dairy Technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology with minimum 55
percent marks in aggregate or equivalent for general category (50% in case of SC/ST/PH)
Desirable: Preference will be given to a candidate having working experience on related areas. Exposure to basics of
dairy product quality analysis with working knowledge of analytical equipment’s and statistical analysis.
Age Limit : 40 Years (as on the last date) or as per UGC guidelines.
