Qualification:
Essential: Doctoral degree in Soil Science/ Agronomy/Soil and Water Conservation Engineering including relevant basic sciences.
Desirable: Specialization and experience of research work related to salinity/irrigation water quality problems in agriculture.
Description
-Project Coordinator (Salt Affected & Use of Saline Water in Agriculture)
At least 3 years’ experience as Principal Scientist/Professor or in an equivalent position in the pay band-4 of ` 37400-67000/- with Grade Pay of ` 10,000/-.
Evidence of publications/activities/contributions to suggest that the candidate has a broad vision/perspective on agricultural research.
Age Limit: The candidates must not have attained the age of 60 years as on 19.08.2015. The retirement age is 62 years.
