Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience dealing with Farmers/Agri-input dealers/Food processors.
Should have in depth knowledge of Horticulture and Agriculture.
Should be smart with a flair for sales.
Understanding of farming practices.

Responsibilities :
Source business from agri individuals for their Crop and term loan requirements.
Manage sale of products like Kisan Gold Card, Small Agri business loans, Traders Cash credit to agri individuals or trading enterprises.
Manage the existing as well as future relationships.
Tapping new geographical markets for agri related products.
Coordinate with Collections team.
Cross sell other liabilities products like Current Accounts, Savings account, FD etc.
Sourcing proposals from National Horticulture Board.
