Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Agriculture. Master Degree is preferred
Experience: Eight years’ experience in seed industry (If MBA with agriculture degree, 2 years’ experience)
Sound knowledge in Agriculture
Proficiency in computers, particularly in spreadsheets
Good communication in English and preferably Hindi
Strong persuasive & selling skills
Planning and organizing
Ability to balance long term views & needs with short term goals and results

Responsibilities:
Providing leadership, vision, direction and focus for marketing activities. Managing resource allocation to achieve volume, market share and profit growth in the region.
a. Preparation of annual budget-- sales volume and turnover
b. Final allocation of seed stocks for the different sales areas.
c. Keeping track of competitive products, prices, practices and strategies.
d. Providing annual sales estimates for production acreage decisions.
e. Evaluating product performance and providing feedback on product performance and future needs in PMT and Hybrid Advancement meetings to enable product development by Research group.
f. Organising new product testing, analysing data and giving recommendations.
