Responsible for sourcing and managing Agri Loan business in line with company policy and ensure compliance
DMA network or Directly for Working capital and KCC, Term Loan Product & other Agri Loans and putting proposal to credit team
Responsible for identifying and engaging with communities and channels of business for acquiring Business
Responsible for servicing the existing Loan customers
Responsible for leading a team of on-roll and off-roll sales staff. Train, motivate them for better productivity
Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling the team
