Marshal 25DS

A new seed treatment insecticide product has been introduced by Rallis India Ltd.
The product is known as marshal 25DS which has many features and advantages.

Marshal Features:

• Ready to use dry seed treatment formulation.

• Broad spectrum insecticide with systemic and contact action.

• Contains a new carbamate, Carbosulfan as active ingredient.

• Low dermal toxicity - safer for handling.

• Available in tri-laminated pouches of 30g and 50g for insertion inside cotton seed packets of 450g and 750g respectively. Also available in 25Kg bulk pack.

Marshal Advantages:

• Control of sucking pests from germination till 30 days after sowing.

• Reduced attack of mites, lower egg laying of boll worms and non-resurgence of thrips.

• Protection of germinating seedlings from soil borne insects and nematodes.

• Systemic action - length of control not affected by and other environmental factors.

• Healthy roots and foliage - improved plant vitality and yield.

• Safe for beneficial predators - ideal tool for ICM promotion.

Marshal Treatment Product:

Step1 :  Just prior to sowing, transfer the seeds and contents of Marshal 25DS pouch to a large polythene bag, using protective clothing like head mask and hand gloves. Ensure that no powder flies off.

Step2 :  Holding the mouth of the bag tightly, shake it continuously for about a dozen times to uniformly coat the seeds with Marshal 25DS.

Step3 :  Now slowly release the bag. The seeds are ready for sowing.
