New Variety of
Long Staple Cotton
Marathwada Agricultural University, Parbhani has developed new long staple
variety of Cotton which is named as TURAB. It has long staple like American cotton. This
variety is recently released for general cultivation by the Maharashtra State Seed Release
Committee.
