The gel of Aloe Vera, a cactus-like plant is being described as a "sarvaroga nivarini"(Cure for all major ailments) also been known as "medicinal plant", "potted physician" and "first aid plant", with qualities to serve as alternative medicine. The Aloe Vera product helps in control of heart diseases, blood pressure, hypertension, stress, orthopedic problems(like arthritis, muscular/back/joint pain), spondilitis, psoriasis, bleeding gums, mouth ulcers, stained teeth and bad breath, dandruff and hair loss. Aloe Vera gel products being manufactured by the US- based Forever Living Products Inc has been exhibited at the workshop on "Medicinal and aromatic plant" in Hyderabad. |
