Agroy is a fast-growing farmers' company that is transforming international agribusiness by being a price freedom fighter for farmers with its low-cost buying concept. After having piloted our concept locally in Northern Europe for six years with outstanding results, Agroy Group has now become a global company. Agroy headquarters are in Helsinki, Finland and the US office is located in Chicago, Illinois.

Agroy is expanding its business to India, and we are seeking our candidate from Punjab-Haryana area.

We are now seeking a Country Manager with a solid agribusiness experience to take over the local responsibility of the business development. The Country Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the agro-input buying business kick-off and development in this new market.

Essential job functions and responsibilities:
- Building a network of farmers in Punjab-Haryana area.
- Creating contacts with local FAS (Fertilizer, Agrochemicals, Seeds) suppliers.
- Following the legislature changes of farming and especially the buying of FAS inputs.
- Running the Indian subsidiary of Agroy after the initial work is done.
- Developing the business.
- All this means close interaction with Agroy Head Quarters, local farmers, and governmental officials.
