a . Consistently good academic record with 5 years experience as Assistant Professor/ Junior Research Officer (JRO) in AGP of Rs. 6000/- or 3 years experience as Assistant Professor/ JRO in AGP or Rs. 7000/- or as Assistant Professor/ JRO in AGP of Rs. 8000/- in any UGC recognized university/ educational institution / organization.

b . Experience in Planning / Execution / Coordination of activities in Forestry / Horticulture.

c . Administrative experience will be an added qualification.
